At Ultimate Pack, we stand by the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all original equipment. If your device isn't performing as expected, we are committed to making it right with a seamless resolution process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the electronic item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the device is factory reset to remove personal data and pack it securely in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
